The Toyama Teal has a dark blue body with an iridescent finish. It’s inspired by the coastline of Toyama, Japan, where bioluminescent squid gather during spring nights and illuminate the water. Now the pen writes really lovely and I am very happy with owning it. I like the feel when having it in my hand and how it writes so nice and smooth on the different papers I tried. It feels like I could write very comfortable with it for hours, something I had not expected. We can engrave any letter, number or character that can entered from a standard computer keyboard, in any language. This includes English, Arabic, Hebrew, Greek, Cyrillic etc. The 'raw' brass finish has no lacquer to wear off. For traveling and for use “on the go” I wanted a pen that is compact and highly robust and at the same time a reasonably good and comfortable writer.
