The right to cancel does not apply to contracts for the supply of software, audio or visual recordings if these have been unsealed by the Consumer. As you might imagine, two-wheeled trailers are stable and require a bit less attention when packing. However since 2018 they have been selling a newer version that seems to have a similar design, although slightly more sleek – but without the hand trolley function.
Most of the time the trailer is just collecting dust, but it provides a lot of the freedom commonly ascribed to cars. Finally I got a Klarfit Follower single wheel trailer just recently for €135 because I wanted a single wheeler but didn’t want to spend much because I don’t expect I’m going to use it a lot.
The Burley Flatbed is a surprisingly versatile trailer capable of hauling 100 pounds of cargo (and likely more) while maintaining a slim 14. For intermittent use like that I think it makes more sense than a cargo bicycle (and definitely cheaper). When the trailer is not in use, it can be folded up in a few simple steps using the EasyFold system and stowed away to save space. The initial setup and connection took around 15 minutes altogether, and besides the bent back connector, it was a rather easy setup. The original Burley bike hitches are quite expensive, but you can get them on AliExpress for cheap – so now everyone in my household (+some friends) have one of those hitches attached to their bikes an can conveniently borrow the trailer.

With the quick-release clamping pin, the trailer can be easily attached to and detached from bicycles from 20"" to 28"". I don’t think suspension is that great of a feature for a cargo trailer – just put less air in the tires instead. You can loop a string through the hitch bar to create your own ‘off bike’ towing mechanism and I can avoid more nylon rubbing by just being much more careful with bungee placements.
Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item. Unfortunately, it is easy to overload a single-wheel trailer, making hike-and-bikes and technical trails a bit challenging.
Alternatives are trailers with a kind of fixed plastic box (study, but not so flexible) or a flat panel onto which things can be attached with cords or ties. The Flatbed rises above the Nomad just a bit because it's significantly easier to roll things like giant firewood rounds onto the bed with its open front and back end.Tyres: the big-mike operates on two 16-inch air-filled tyres, which are attached and detached in seconds by means of pressure-latching lever. The single-track suspension ensures a particularly pleasant riding experience because unlike two-wheeled trailers, it hardly affects the handling of the wheel. The first pick-up I did included a desktop which I strapped to the top of the trailer like your bottom picture. Quality: a thick rubber layer on the tread ensures that glass splinters, screws or other pointed objects cannot work their way through to the tube. Multi-talented: the big-mike can also be used as a hand truck - a high drawbar with ball clutch makes for quick assembly.
